Refund Policy

At Oven to Outreach, we work hard to provide high-quality treats and dependable service. Because our products are made to order, we have the following refund guidelines:

order cancellations

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup or delivery time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients and prep may already be underway.

We highly discourage a cancellation, but if necessary, please email us at ovenxoutreach@gmail.com and we will be happy to work things out!
